My name is Ferdy Christant, age 28, and I am born, living and working in the Netherlands. After graduating in computer science in 2000, I started working with Lotus Notes/Domino for a contracting company called Ordina, who sent me to Royal Philips Electronics, the Netherlands. Not just any Lotus customer it is, with it's 110,000 Lotus Notes seats and thousands of apps! | |
After pushing the Notes limits for 3 years at Philips as a contractor, I obtained a permanent position within the company. This is where I currently am. I have over 7 years of experience with Lotus Notes/Domino and hold a PCLP certificate for R4.6, R5 and R6. Within the scope of the Notes/Domino platform, I'm specialized in performance tuning, web development and class design. Additionally, I'm a Sun Certified Java Programmer 1.4 and a Websphere Associate Developer. My actual development role has changed lately, I'm more involved in analysis, architecture and project management now. Nevertheless, my strong interest in programming did not fade away. |
